Our Sweet Little Alpaca is Doing Well!

Our sweet little alpaca is doing so well at the farm! You can now see him running around and having plenty of zoomies as he explores his surroundings.

Mom is doing great too and is patiently putting up with all of her son’s antics!

With the help of all of you, we’ve decided to name him Valentino, or “Tino” for short. Thank you to everyone who shared their suggestions and helped us choose the perfect name. FYI he loves rolling in dirt and mud!

Big Announcement

At 12:30 PM on Friday, July 24, a moment we had been eagerly awaiting finally arrived as Verna went into labour.

Staff closely monitored the birth, but it soon became clear that things were not progressing as they should. The cria’s head and neck had emerged, but the rest of the delivery had stalled. After consulting with our veterinarian, staff discovered the cria’s legs were positioned incorrectly and stepped in to assist.

With guidance from our vet, lots of teamwork, some lubricant, and plenty of hand power, we were able to safely help Verna deliver her baby.

Meet Bert & Ernie!
A big thank you to everyone who sent in name suggestions for our two newest piglets!

We’re excited to introduce Bert and Ernie!
🧡 Ernie is the one with more orange coloring.
🖤 Bert is the darker piglet.

These two are full of personality and love attention. They already know how to get belly scratches and will happily roll right over for them!
Come by the farm and say hello to Bert and Ernie. We think you’re going to love them as much as we do. ❤️🐽

Introducing Two Adorable New Additions!

These sweet boys are 2‑month‑old Kune Kune piglets, and they’re already stealing hearts.

For their first week with us, they’ll be staying cozy inside as they settle into their new home. Once they’re a bit bigger, we’ll begin introducing them to our resident pigs, Petunia and Wilson!
