Private Farm Rental
Private Farm Rentals are not available November through February and at least 2 months booking notice.
Immerse yourself in the serenity of Maplewood Farm through our exclusive after hours private booking option. Tailored for gatherings, celebrations, and special events, our private farm experience offers you and your guests the opportunity to revel in our picturesque surroundings and connect with our amiable animals in an intimate setting.
Seasonal Availability: Private bookings are available seasonally and are subject to availability. To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking well in advance.
Charming Party Room: Your reservation includes exclusive access to our inviting party room, complete with a refrigerator and sinks. This cozy space is perfect for hosting gatherings, serving refreshments, and ensuring a seamless event.
Intimate Animal Interactions: Engage with our friendly animals in a personal and hands-on manner, adding a unique and delightful touch to your private farm experience.
Private Farm Rentals are typically only available after hours but please inquire about any date and time you are interested in.
Price: $705.60 for the first two hours, $352.80 for every additional hour

Outdoor Party
The ideal venue for hosting a birthday celebration!
1500 square foot gazebo which contains picnic tables under cover. Please note that there is no heating, electrical outlets or refrigeration available under the gazebo.
Feel free to bring a gas barbecue of any size (charcoal briquettes are not permitted). You have the option to bring your own food or arrange for delivery. Ensure that all items brought in are stored in sturdy containers to prevent feasting by crows and squirrels!
Guests may pay individually or you can leave a credit card with us and we will keep a roster of all your guests for payment as you leave.

Gazebo Rental
Fridays – Mondays, from March- October reservations are available for a minimum of two-hour time slots, inclusive of setup and take-down time. Please be mindful that cleaning up after your event is essential.
For a set fee, you’ll have exclusive access to our 1500 square foot gazebo, equipped with covered picnic tables. Individual guests may pay separately, or you can provide a credit card, and we’ll keep a record of all your guests for payment upon departure.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for events cancelled with two or more weeks’ notice. Events cancelled within two weeks receive a 50% refund
First-Come First-Served
For the price of admission you have the run of the farm and use of any of the picnic tables throughout the farm or our undercover Gazebo Tuesday-Thursday on a first come first serve basis
Kindly inform us of your party plans at the farm, even if you are not booking a pony ride for your birthday celebration. We look forward to making your event special!
Indoor Party
On weekends and some week days, you have the option of four birthday party packages. The packages include scenic views of farm animals from our, bright, 1200 square foot function room. We book up fast so please allow at least a minimum of four months booking notice for a birthday party.

Basic Room Rental/Pen Party ($73)

- Prices are a fixed amount. You cannot deduct items from the packages or admission costs.
- Tours, Birdseed, and gift bags can be added to any of the packages that does not already include them for an additional cost
- Please provide your own food, birthday cake, candles, cake knife, and lighter.
- Outside meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks allowed.
- Parties are available on weekends but are not available on week days or holidays.
- Helium balloons, sparklers or piñatas are not permitted outside function room.
