Kai and Suzy have both been part of our farm family for quite some time. Kai came to us extremely weak, underweight, and unwell. We’re incredibly proud of how far he has come with the care and support he’s received here.
As they’ve grown stronger, it’s become clear that the farm is no longer the right fit for these two. They need more space and more hands-on training than we’re able to provide.
We’re happy to share that Kai and Suzy have been accepted at Second Chance Cheekye Ranch, where they’ll have the room to stretch their legs, along with the training and support they need to continue thriving.
While it’s never easy to say goodbye, we’re so grateful we were able to help them on their journey, and even happier knowing they’ve outgrown us in the best way possible.
We wish Kai and Suzy nothing but the best as they head up to Squamish, where they’ll receive the excellent care and training they deserve. 💚🐴
