We are currently offering a variety of different farm programs to accommodate a range of ages, like: Children’s programs, Family Programs, Farm Workshops and more! We will also sometimes offer Mini sessions for a few of our programs.

Farm Workshops!
Bird Feeder Workshop
Join us in the cozy greenhouse to create bird feeders perfect for wintertime! Children will learn about local winter birds and make their own feeders using natural materials to help support our feathered friends through the colder months. All materials provided.

Felting at the Farm
Join us at Maplewood Farm for a fun and creative felting workshop designed for both children and adults! Discover the fascinating process of transforming sheep’s wool into felt as you learn about wool processing and its uses. Then, unleash your creativity to craft your favorite farm animal using colorful felted wool. This hands-on activity is perfect for all ages and a great way to connect with the farm’s wooly residents!

Children get a firsthand experience learning how to interact with animals and learn about the animals we have on the farm. They will get a behind the scenes look into animal husbandry, grooming, and feeding. Each day will feature new and interactive activities.

Farm Camp
Children will engage in immersive, hands-on experiences with a variety of farm animals, and farm activities. Farm camp gives children the time to learn about farm life, complete farm-themed projects, and take on responsibilities such as cleaning pens, feeding animals, and learning about the importance of routine care for the well-being of our animals.

Parent & Tot – Barnyard Buddies
Bring your little ones for a fun morning of farm life! Each session includes a farm-themed craft, a cozy story time, and a gentle introduction to goat grooming and animal care. Perfect for curious toddlers and parents alike, this hands-on experience helps little ones learn about animals up close and explore the farm in a safe, friendly setting.

Once you have booked and paid online, you will be contacted to sign paperwork and the Farm will need additional information regarding the participant(s).
Our activities will continue rain or shine!
Cancelation Policy: 2 weeks or more notice full refund, after 2 weeks 50% refund. Once the program has begun no refunds will be issued.
*Maplewood Farm reserves the right to cancel a session due to low enrolment. In the event of a cancellation, registration will be refunded 2 weeks prior to session start date*
