I was hatched in 1980, it was a very warm Spring.  For those of you mathematically challenged, that makes me 30 years old in 2010 and that also makes me very old by any goose standard.  I can tell you, I don’t look a day over 10 years!  I can be identified from the other geese at the Farm by my baby blue eyes and an unusual scar on my lower right bill.  More on that later… I came to the Farm in November 2007 when my previous owner Anne, had to move to a place where geese were not allowed, strange rule for an apartment building, don’t you think?  Anyhow, back to my bill scar.  When I was 25 years old I lived in Langley and during the winter some hungry coyote got a hold of me and my goose wife and dragged us all over the place.  I fought hard for both of us, that’s how I got my bill torn.  Anne worked at a Vet Clinic so she took me to see a very good veterinarian named Dr. Ken who fixed me up just fine.  My goose friends are Earl Grey the Toulouse; and Emily an Embden.
